What is perfume? Perfume is made from either natural ingredients like the essential oils of plants or the musk of animals, spices and man made chemicals. The mixture of these ingredients are blended with an sd alcohol (which is a very pure form of alcohol) or oil.

If you take an image with you, not only will it help you and a sales staff to pull together the look you want, but it will also help you stay focused on what you came to the store for in the first place as well as save money.
Source your magazines-meaning pull out the information that inspires you, put it in a binder and recycle the rest. I started doing this when I was in college and it has been a lot of fun. It also saves time and space.

I love womens shoes. I have no idea why I love them as much as I do. It is a true obsession.

All the girls in my family seemed to be afflicted with it, thought some have it more then others.

I thought for the longest it was some weird little oddity that only my family had.

Must Haves

Here is a list of must haves: they. (at least in my mind) are an essential part of a versitile wardrobe.

T-Shirt Bra

Fashion Tip: T-Shirt Bras t-shirt bra From what I've been told by the ladies I worked with at Nordstrom and some of the lingerie reps, t-shirt bras are an American phenomenon. We Americans don't like to show our bra or panty lines.

Well I've thought about why and my opinion would be a long winded explanation of sexual repression and womens uncomfortableness with their bodies...bla bla bla, but that would be a wastes of your time and just an opinion. Kinda like noses we all have them.

There is however something to be said for a bra that gives a really smooth finished and I have to say "clean" look.

But, before you go out and a buy a bra, get fit. All bras very greatly from manufacturer to manufacturer. So Calvin Klein, DKNY, and La Perla will fit entirely different from Wacoal, Chantelle and Freya. In fact the only thing I could find the same about the different lines sometimes was they had cups and straps, because everything was different.

Don't just go anywhere to get fit, go to the experts. I am partial to Nordy's (Nordstrom) because I worked in the lingerie department for a while at the flagship store. The women there are well trained and caring professionals.

In truth I'm sure there other companies that also do an extremely good job,but beware... not all fitters are created equal. I have refit women who have gone elsewhere. The fit was so bad they're bra would have fit their kneecaps better then their breasts

So a couple of quick fashion tips while I'm on the subject of getting fit. Have someone you are comfortable with. Someone experienced, someone whose age you feel good about. Someone who listens. Whatever you do the bra must be comfortable.

Fashion Tip: T-Shirts

T-shirts: An American classic; pair them with jeans, an evening skirt a suit or khakis. What ever you do have a half dozen or so available. No matter what your taste, t-shirts are a wardrobe staple. So what to buy?

I vacillate between the classic men's Hanes™, you know the kind that comes in a three pack Or, a finely made French t- shirt by Majestic™ Or maybe one of the t-shirts that can be had for $10 or less at discount stores.I think all have their place.

Vince , Majestic™ and Donna Karan tee's are the kind you can pair with suits. The cotton is ultra soft and if you buy a long-sleeved one the sleeves are extra long. Hanes™ is great for wearing with jeans and slacks, particularly the more masculine kind.

Of course the inexpensive kind of t-shirt from places like Target™ are great but, they almost always run a tad small and the necks give out on them in a season

The simple shape of Hoop earrings are a must have, whether they are silver or gold are the ultimate classic earrings. If you only had one pair of earrings, hoops would have to be the obvious choice. Hoop earrings represent the sacred circle. The circle symbolizes wholeness,constant change, feminine energy and so much more. Ancient people have worshiped this symbol since they first laid eyes on the sun and moon. They've created dream catchers, mandalas and rings in hopes of having some of the power associated with this symbol

Hosery

There's a vast array of hosiery on the market and it can be overwhelming trying to pick out the right pair. Here's the rule of thumb:
Generally you match the color with your shoes and the weight and texture with your clothing. The heavier and
more textured the clothes the more opaque the hose

Jeans

A tru must have: Any jeans will do . Ripped or clean and dark. You should have at least two pair. One for dress and one for play.

White Shirt

A white shirt is a must have. In fact is is one of the most versitile pieces of clothing you can own and I consider them a must for any women's wardrobe no matter her size or body type.

Like our beloved little black dress, you can dress them way up with a wonderful strand of pearls.

Ballet Flats

There are really only a handful of shoes that are must haves.

One of them are ballet flats. Ballet flats are derives from the ballet soft slipper. There's really no heel to speak of. Flats are the obvious shoe for the comfort of our feet. The queens of Egypt
and the gladiators of Rome must have known that also. The French however were the ones wore popularized the "pompes". Pompes were high fashion for both men and women in the 16th century.

Ballet flats are so classic that almost every designer and shoe manufacturer has come out with their own version of this simple little shoe. A must have if you wear heels to work, take a pair of these great little flats to give your feet a break
